The Baranko Companies Annual Summit is a company-wide, one-day conference that marks the official start of the construction season. Employees come together to hear about the state of the company, align on priorities for the year ahead, and take part in professional development and team-building activities.
I lead the planning and production of the Summit from early concept through execution, overseeing the creative direction, programming, budget, vendors, communications, logistics, and the overall attendee experience. Each year brings a slightly different challenge, but the goal stays the same: create an intentional, well-run experience that employees look forward to each year.
