I developed print and digital materials that supported recruitment, employee engagement, company milestones, event promotion, and broader brand communications. I led projects from concept through production, providing creative direction, graphic design, copywriting, and content development across a range of internal and external touchpoints.

BRAND

A strong brand should feel consistent without feeling repetitive. I focused on creating consistency through typography, color, composition, tone, and visual hierarchy, while allowing each piece to respond to its specific audience and purpose.

Baranko Companies Employee Handbook

I led the development of a 55-page employee handbook, bringing existing company policies together in one place while also helping identify and develop policies where gaps existed. I worked closely with teams across Finance, Benefits, Operations, and Leadership, as well as external legal counsel, to make sure the handbook accurately reflected company practices and met applicable labor laws and regulations. The final handbook gave employees and leadership one clear, consistent resource for company policies, expectations, and guidelines.

RECRUITMENT

Recruitment materials are often one of the first meaningful interactions a candidate has with a company, so I approached each piece as an extension of the employer brand—not simply as a hiring asset. My goal was to create a more intentional and consistent candidate experience across digital, print, and in-person recruitment.

CULTURE + MISC

This collection highlights the more expressive side of the brand, from holiday cards and celebratory graphics to lighthearted social content and one-off creative. These pieces were designed to bring more personality to the brand and create memorable, human moments for audiences.
